Your application for employment, which may include personal information (eg, your contact details, previous work history, qualifications, references, referee contact details), will be processed through “Jobvite Hire” a third party, software-as-a-service recruitment application that is housed on Amazon Web Services’ data servers in the United States of America. Furthermore, if QTC consents, your personal information may be accessible to authorised third party service provider(s) that provide support services for the Jobvite Hire application. In these circumstances, it is also possible that such personal information may be transferred to and held on data servers located in Canada.

Under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and in addition to the disclosures contained in QTC’s Privacy Statement, your agreement is required for the transfer of your personal information outside of Australia.
