Ensure that risk management is enterprise wide and consistently embedded, and that risks are managed in a way that allows the organisation to meet its goals within the agreed risk appetite.
Guard the business against undesirable exposures and provide advice on market, economic, and credit risks to inform decision-making that creates value for the State.
Protect the organisation through information security strategies to shield from threats and respond swiftly to the rapidly changing cyber security landscape.
Provide a proactive and enabling approach to legal, compliance and audit services that underpin the organisation’s reputation and success.
Undertake credit analysis and advice for the lending activities of the State. Consult and collaborate with our colleagues in the Client Division on the financing and complex risk assessment of important new projects for Queensland.
